Krisada Eaton in Thailand 4yrs old

My age is marked with an * because I don't know my real birthday. For most of my adult life my mom has told me I was born in Octoberish of 1965 in Songkhla Thailand about 500 miles south of Bangkok, which is where my birth certificate says. In recent years however, my mom talks about it being closer to Christmas time, so who knows. My Thai birth certificate says I was born in Bangkok on February 9th 1966. Paperwork isn't as stringent in south east Asian culture as it is in the west. She didn't report me until she moved to Bankok where she would face a penalty for reporting late so she simply changed the date of my birth. Not that it matters, but it does make me laugh when people attribute my personality traits to being Aquarius.

Krisada Eaton port of entry Honolulu Hawaii

I was Born in Thailand. We moved to the United States when I was about 4yrs* old.

Honolulu was our port of entry. In recent years I've returned to Honolulu and lived downtown in Waikiki and Ala Moana, as well as on the Big Island, along Kilauea's slopes. That's me holding my newly 'adopted' grandfather's hand in the pic. He was fond of lining us up to meet his friends to point out that my older brother and I weren't 'Real' Eatons ...but my youngest brother was.

My grade school days were spent in the glacier carved rolling hills and corn fields of Victor, Farmington and Canandaigua New York in the 5 Finger Lakes region south of Rochester.

When I was 16, my dad relocated us to Knoxville Tennessee for his new Job at Knox Porcelain. There I finished out high school at Karns HS and later 1 yr college at ETSU and the rest at University of Tennessee. I worked in his factory for the summer after graduating HS. Hardest physical job I've ever had. Still being in rehab for knee surgery didn't help. After that summer I started my freshman year at ETSU, then back to Knoxville to attend UT. During those years I, like a lot of people, fell into restaurant life to make a living by working for several well known chains and some small mom & pops, wherever I could make the most cash. At one time, bar management became my career.

1st Business as a Portrait Artist

There wasn't much of an internet when I started my first business as a portrait artist in the early '90s. Fine art led to graphic arts in an effort to market my own home based business which I eventually abandoned to become a full time marketing professional.

1st Corporate Marketing Job: B'ham Budweiser

My art skills landed a job as a sign painter for Birmingham Budweiser. Later I was promoted to my first corporate marketing position as their POS/Sign Shop & Events Marketing Manager. After almost 4 years there I went through a flurry of marketing industry jobs: Sign Shop Production Artist, Traditional Print Marketing Artist, Screen Printing Art Director, Creative Director, Art Director, Marketing Director.

Shortly after Google was born, I found myself learning SEO (Search Engine Optimization) while freelancing as a self taught web designer at an 'Internet' Ad Agency. I didn't know it then but I would be a freelance contractor for the rest of my life.

Next Came +20 Years Self-Employed Life

For the last +20 years, I have been a Freelance SEO Specialist with a brief interruption as a w-2 for Winn-Dixie Grocery Store as their webmaster and marketing specialist. I've marketed for Luxury Real Estate Brokers, some more Ad Agencies as a white label SEO and a number of other businesses, some that I still work with. That's My Real Life SEO Marketing Career in a nutshell.
